Responsibilities:

？  Lead and manage the finance functions, financial policy and procedures, provide the sufficient finance control.

？  Review and determine the appropriate finance functions, train the finance team member.

？  Responsible for collection, review, analysis, coordination, reimbursement and disbursement process for SG&A expenses, ensure all the policies and procedures are adhered.

？  Cash flow control, payment authorization and AP control Invoicing system, Inter-company/ external transaction control, staff payroll calculation and payment.

？  Responsible for organizing and maintaining the finance record, conduct the accurate and on-time reports, provide the necessary analysis. Maintain the reporting system for internal and external requirements. Asset management, Budget planning. Coordinates with US/ Shanghai finance for reporting. Liaison with local/ state tax bureau to ensure we are compliant.

？  Various Tax filling and control, statistical reports and Annual audit.

？  Maintain routine tax returns, meet the deadline, and conduct tax issues. Maintain annual audit, coordinate with headquarter and inter-company’s financial requirements.

？  Financial Forecast and Budget, Cost control, CAPEX control, support to the management and cross-functional requirements, coordinate with headquarters.

？  Business entity registration/ de-registration/ government authorities requirements, reporting, other requirement per management objectives.

？  Accounting Bookkeeping, local & corporate reporting and maintenance the breakdown. Assist in SG&A cost analysis by various cost centers.

？  Issue internal and external invoices/credit notes, tracing the Inter-co transactions and reconciliation with local bookings, accounts receivables/payables management, communication with U.S. treasury team and coordinate with Inter-company finance team.

？  Tax return and filings, supports in annual audit, statistical reports preparation to government, liaison with Tax Bureau.

？  Assist in Fixed assets accounting and cross-functional finance support.

？  Support on other task assigned by managers.

Ideal candidates will possess most or all of the following qualifications:

？  More than 10 years financial experience with analysis skill, at least 5years experience in foreign company;

？  College degree or above in Accounting Major or related fields;

？  Must have Accounting Certifications.

？  Familiar with tax law and related regulations.

？  Familiar with ERP, SAP, or Financial software.

？  Good knowledge and experience of accounting processes

？  Good English skill in writing and reading, priority to excellent speaking.
