职位描述
工作职责:
1、新技术预研：参与软件开发新技术预研，提高软件研发水平；
2、软件开发：负责功能开发，BUG修复，确保满足项目要求；
3、软件集成：负责软件集成维护及版本发布，确保发布准确；
4、技术攻关：参与重大技术问题的技术攻关，提升软件开发水平；
5、技术支持：负责提供软件相关问题的技术培训；
6、软件升级：收集软件使用反馈意见，修正缺陷或故障，设计升级版本，提高软件的使用性能。
任职资格:
1、具有扎实的Java开发基础知识，良好的编程习惯和文档撰写能力，有一定的架构设计和软件设计经验，具有独立研发和解决问题的能力；
2、熟悉基于J2EE的WEB架构设计，熟悉SSH开发框架，熟悉Java"script"、jquery 、Ext、Ajax等常用技术；
3、具有数据库的开发经验，熟悉Oracle、MySQL等主流关系数据库有一定的数据库管理经验；
4、具有良好的表达和沟通能力，擅长技术文档的撰写；
5、责任心强、为人踏实、认真，具有良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神。
