1 团队管理：制定工作计划、考核指标，实施绩效管理与团队建设，参与岗位设置与人员配置，以保证工作任务的完成。 

2 架构设计：根据市场或客户需求，指导MD工程师设计主板，确保堆叠适合进行整机ID、MD设计。 

3 整机设计：根据ID和堆叠，组织整机结构设计及评审，制定生产问题预案。

4 三新专题：指导三新结构部分的开发和验收，保证生产的顺利进行。

5 技术支持：针对生产和测试中出现的问题，组织制定改善方案，并进行归纳总结，避免类似问题的发生，提高生产效率。

6 设计改进：根据生产反馈和设计要求，组织堆叠和整机设计更新，提高使用性能和生产效率。

7 技术攻关：对项目中结构相关可靠性，组装等重大问题主导攻关解决。

8 结构规范及流程建设：负责结构规范的建设与更新，对流程进行优化。 

任职要求：

1、精通手机结构设计知识；

2、熟悉塑胶件,钣金件及模具加工知识；

3、熟悉结构件，电子结构件生产制程和常见问题；

4、熟悉手机行业供应链的技术现状，有一定sourcing能力；

5、具备对可靠性测试，生产组装等问题独立分析和解决能力；
