1. 拓展海外俄语区域市场；

2. 按照部门要求制定本人年度、月度工作计划、行动方案；

3. 维护客户关系，收集客户档案资料，评估客户资信；

4. 收集海外市场信息，执行公司销售策略；

5. 与公司各部门沟通协调完成客户的各项特殊要求；

6. 达成公司制定的销售目标并且不断提升公司在俄语区域市场的销售业绩。

任职要求：

1. 一年以上国际贸易或者本行业工作经验；

2. 热爱国际货运行业，对国际货运行业的市场营销工作有一定了解，出色的沟通表达、谈判技能；

3. 俄语/英语、普通话流利，能将俄语/英语作为工作语言；（若有开发俄罗斯市场工作经验，可无俄语要求）

4. 熟练运用电脑办公软件；

5. 较强的市场观察力、应变能力和压力承受能力；

6. 学习能力强、工作积极热情、责任心强；

7. 良好的团队合作精神。

Major Responsibilities:

a. Source partners and clients in Russia.

b. To support Russian colleague.

c. Follow-up contracts with customers and agents in division of the area;

d. Negotiate with shipping companies and customers for better terms of business and select the appropriate business;

Qualifications:

a. College degree in trading or other related disciplines.

b. Professional experience and knowledge in sourcing of logistics and trading field.

c. More than 1 years working experience in logistics, shipping company or trading company

d. Excellent communications skills and fluent in both written & spoken Russian and English.
