职位描述
1、负责超市店内员工的服务、销售技巧等方面培训；
2、制定服务流程SOP标准；
3、根据各部门的服务质量情况和人员整体水平开发培训课程，并进行独立授课
4、评估培训效果，更新并优化培训方案；
5、定期对门店人员的服务培训质量和标准执行情况进行指导检查及现场实操培训。
任职资格
1、本科及以上学历；
2、有大型商超5-7年以上服务培训经验（必须）；
3、细致且热情的工作态度。
