岗位职责:

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Manage, supervise, evaluate, design & improve manufacturing processes to assure product design and development process quality and provide manufacturing decision-making information. And through designing and operating advanced integrated systems which may include computer networks, robots, high-tech tools and equipment to produce high-quality and market-competitive products.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Coordinate and manage manufacturing processes in plant.
2. purchase and arrange the production equipment, materials, and product parts after communicating with the client about the design specifications.
3. Communicate with vendors to understand and determine product specifications.
4. Maintain and improve the knowledge of product design, manufacture and assembly techniques.
5. Evaluate and improve manufacturing methods for maximum efficiency.
6. Estimate resource requirements, workload assignment, production times and schedule for manufacturing processes.
7. Coordinate with design, sales and operations teams to develop manufacturing plans for new products to achieve corporate cost and quality objectives.
8. Conduct regular project meetings with management and team members to track project status and progress.
9. Develop budgets for product manufacturing and upgrading processes.
10. Develop standard procedures to improve manufacture processes and to reduce overall cost.

IDEAL PROFILE
1、Bachelor or above in electromechanical or industrial engineering.
2、5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, 3+ years of experience in quality or engineering management is preferable.
3、Fluency in both English and Mandarin (Read, write and speak)

4、Gain full knowledge and skills of management, possess broad experience of quality and engineering management.
5、Familiar with manufacturing process of electronic products.
6、Strong logical thinking ability, leadership and coordination competency.
7、Achievement oriented, customer-focus, service spirit, team awareness.
