岗位职责:

Role Summary:
This position will support strategic initiatives for overall indirect procurement management across the business and/or region supporting all stakeholders and functions, and as a focal point to bridge global and regional indirect procurement organizations. Areas of responsibilities include, but not limited to, requirements gathering, RFx, supplier selection, negotiations, contracting, portfolio analysis, planning, consolidation, category strategies, supplier management and performance scorecards.

Responsibilities：
1. Drive 100% compliance to Procurement policy and procedures, supplier approval, competitive bidding, delegation of authority approval. Act as a “consultant” for internal stakeholders when there are uncertainties or improper behaviors related to Procurement policy/process
2. Ensure 100% business continuity by Business Contingency Plan initiative and managing supply risks throughout the whole supplier lifecycle
3. Develop, implement the Indirect Procurement category strategy. Apply TCO methodology in all Procurement activities
4. Align with and carry out global indirect Procurement strategy and initiative, advocate “One Vertiv” culture
5. Lead supplier selection, development, and monitor the overall supplier management
6. Partner with key business stakeholders to ensure purchased services meet the business financial and service needs
7. Ensure all verbal and written interaction with all business partners – internal and external is at highest professional standards
8. Work with sites/requestors to manage supplier day-to-day problem resolution
9. Lead and actively participate in the creation of innovative operational solutions to support procurement initiatives
10. Continually search for market insight and best practice. Bring it back to the group and drive for better performance/result upon that
11. Continually work to improve standards and processes in all aspects of procurement including processes, procedures, work instructions, additional documentation and systems responsibilities
12. Establish and maintain an effective organizational structure to assure operational efficiency and proper coordination among operation units and business units
13. Team building, coaching, mentoring; talent retention and development
14. Strong leadership, and able to drive changes and continuous improvement

Basic Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Business or Shared Service Operation including 3 years in a leadership capacity
3. Good command of English for both oral and written
4. Skilled in analysis, Finance, Cash flow management, and Supply Chain
5. Proven ability to execute and deliver on commitments with strong business acumen
6. Ability to navigate through a large complex business and solve problems
7. Professional style when dealing with business clients & controllership mindset
8. Strong negotiation skills, presentation skills, interpersonal skills and leadership skills
9. Visionary leader with can-do spirit and persistence mentality, self-disciplined and motivated
10. Possess learning agility and continuous learning mindset

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Master’s in supply chain management or Operation
2. 8 years of solid operation, supply chain or commercial experience including 5 years in a leadership capacity
3. Shared service center experience in a multinational environment
4. Proven Executive Leadership skills in driving changes and transformation across an organization
5. Operation experience in multi-site, cross functions and matrix organization
