1、对幼儿园招生、运营、后勤、安全与财产管理等工作负责，建立规范化管理体系；
2、负责与教育局及其他相关上级主管部门、社区、其他单位的沟通与协调工作，为公司幼儿园的经营管理工作创造良好的外部环境。
3、负责幼儿园的整体规划和运营，规范管理；建立、监督各部门日常管理规范、执行及考核；
4、负责幼儿园的招生工作，制定招生计划并监督实施与完成
5、协助外方园长的其他工作。

 

 岗位要求： 

1、学前教育等相关专业本科及以上学历，28-40岁； 

2、对民办园经营管理有清晰的认识，具有3年以上幼儿园管理经验，有国际园工作经验优先；

 3、具有良好的领导能力、协调组织能力和职业素养； 

4、强烈的责任感，热爱教育事业，良好的语言表达与职业形象；  

5、良好的策划与构思能力及大型（招生）活动的策划、组织、执行管理能力。
