PURPOSE:

    

    

§  The key purpose of this role is to support C&B program, process implementation and provide needed C&B support for China HR business partners.

    

    

    

RESPONSIBILITIES

    

    

§  To act as primary resource, to help coordinate with all business divisions and internal / external stakeholders for successful implementation of china harmonization project by end of 2020

    

    

§  To write / update China C&B policy while adhering to company’s global and regional C&B policy standard and being compliant with China’s central and local government statutory requirements

    

    

§  To provide support to China HR business partners on C&B related tasks and issues.

    

    

§  To participate in company-required training programs in Environmental, Health and Safety area and ensure 100% compliance.

    

§ 

    

§  To assist in any ad hoc tasks /projects assigned by line manager

    

 

    

    

REQUIREMENTS

    

    

    

Degree, Experience and Skills:

    

    

§  Bachelor degree or above in human resources management or relevant quantitative field.

    

§  5-7 years direct experience in C&B, preferably with both China multinational companies and consulting firms

    

§  Familiarity with China labor law and C&B related regulations

    

§  Superior analytical and numerical skills with ability to interpret data

    

§  Advanced Excel and Power-point skills. Extensive experience with HRIS data management

    

§  Proficiency in both Mandarin and English as working language
