KEY JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  

  

• Review the sourcing request to confirm if the data are enough to trigger the sourcing activity.

• Manage the sourcing and FA/AVL progress since request release.

• Work with sourcing related teams to ensure the process running smoothly.

• Maintain key SDE metrics and data, provide analysis and reports timely and accurately.

• Maintain and improve global SDE process such as AVL, PCN, and SCAR etc.

• Coordinate global supplier PCN tracking and distribution.

• Support NPI team on Score Com work for dedicate project.

• Support Global green compliance team on AVL and Green compliance COC tracking.

• Sourcing process/system analysis and improvement study.

• Document compiling for FA/AVL process, including format creation, request form filling, change writing, etc.

• Update and maintain information in the Agile/Oracle system and daily tracking log.

• Develop a database or tool to improve effective and efficiency; standardized the regular reports as auto format.

• Proactively identify any opportunities to streamline work processes.

• Organize annual internal ISO9001 audit

• Executes ad hoc assignments and projects.

                              

 

  

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS (include Education, Skills & Experience): 

  

 

  

• BS+ degree.

• Familiar with supply chain quality process.

• Proficient in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Access.

• Basic knowledge in Optics, E-component product preferred.

• Experience with Oracle and Agile system preferred.

• Experience in supply chain and data analysis will be a plus.

• 3+ years working experience of SQE/SDE and process improvement preferred.

• English as the primary working language; Effective communicator and coordinator.

• Eye for detail with sensitivity to numbers.
