We are now recruiting international management trainee to support our l business expansion in African Countries. Our Management Trainee Program is designed to nurture and develop future leaders in business management and professional functions to support us in driving greater business success and providing the best service for our customers.

About the Program:

· International MT Program provides a comprehensive view of our business operations in Global Emerging Markets.

· Gain hands-on and practical industry experience in various fields of expertise such as Operations, Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Service, Finance, Human Resources, and Corporate Planning.

· Rotate between different teams within an assigned function including the learning at our front line operations at service stations and distributions hubs.

· Learn about our culture and management philosophy.

· Develop and strengthen your ability to analyse, prioritise and act on goals from a strategic leadership perspective

Upon Completion of the Program:

· Upon Completion of 3 years' program in Africa, You will be placed in positions of S.F. Headquarter, or other regions to continue your learning journey with S.F. Express International

Requirements:

· Degree / Masters Students from Courses or Working experiences e.g. Technology Related, Analysis Management, Information Management, Economics, Engineering will be most ideal

· Determined, self-motivated and passionate

· Great communication and interpersonal skills

· Good presentation and analytical skills

· Eager to learn and a fast learner
