机械品质工程师

MiniMetal Ltd.是一家从事精密金属部件生产出口的外资公司，并提供交钥匙解决方案。我们正在寻找位于深圳龙岗的五金机械品质工程师。

协助生产、生产工程师和采购部门品质相关工作，在生产和检验过程中不断持续完善制定公司PSI方向，确认供应商收货标准。

职责和期望：

?具有较强的理解力和执行特定要求的能力。

?能够收集，编译和分析数据（使用适当的六西格玛方法和技术）；确定已发现问题的实际根本原因以及为防止再次发生所需采取的纠正（预防）措施。

?能够影响内部和供应商（机加工和特殊加工）的PPM（废料）减少和OTD改善。

?具备尺寸检查测量系统的知识及其在复杂产品检查中的应用。

?定期拜访供应商工厂以跟进生产进度和生产中品质问题处理。

技能和要求：

?学士学位，***是物理，机械或质量工程专业。

3年或以上工厂品质工程师经验。

?能够在公司内部以及与我们的供应商共同培养持续改进的文化（机械加工和特殊加工）。

?有效的沟通者–较强的书面和口头沟通能力。

?对DMAIC，FMEA，PPAP，统计过程控制（SPC），量具R＆R研究和精益系统有深入的了解。

?有效适当的解决问题和持续改进技术。

?能够确定不合格产品的适当处置方式；在初步审查（PR）和MRB阶段作为品控负责人做出正确判断。

?对冶金学的一般理解；了解产品成分，机械加工和热处理影响的金属物理和机械性能的能力。

?对分包的特殊工艺（无损检测，热处理，喷丸处理，电镀和表面处理）有一定的了解。

?熟悉机械检查技能和知识，并具有使用机械检查工具的经验，包括熟悉基于计算机的检查测量设备。

?出相应的质量报告。

?每周工作5.5天。

QC Engineer

BRIEF DESCRIPTION

MiniMetal Ltd., is an International company dealing with manufacturing mechanical metal components and provides turn-key solutions. We are seeking for Quality Control Mechanical Metal Engineer located in Longang, Shenzhen.

Support Manufacturing, Manufacturing Engineering and Purchasing Departments in Quality related Issues, drive continuous improvement initiatives throughout the manufacturing and inspection processes both at PSI Bearings and at our suppliers.

DUTIES AND EXPECTATIONS:

• Strong understanding and ability to apply specified requirements.
• Ability to collect, compile and analyze data (using the appropriate six sigma methods and techniques); to determine both the actual root causes of identified problems and required corrective (preventive) actions to prevent recurrence.
• Able to affect PPM (scrap) reduction and OTD improvements both internally and at our suppliers (machining and special processing).
• Knowledge of dimensional inspection measurement systems and their application for the inspection of complex products.
• Visit suppliers in their factories on regular basis to follow up and control manufacturing.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Physics, Mechanical or Quality Engineering.
  Minimum of 3 years Quality Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to promote and foster a Continuous Improvement culture both internally and with our supplier’s (machining and special processing).
• Effective communicator – strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of DMAIC, FMEA, PPAP, Statistical Process Control (SPC), Gage R&R Studies and lean systems.
• Effectively apply appropriate problem-solving and continuous improvement techniques.
• Ability to determine the appropriate dispositions for nonconforming product; function as quality representative at both Preliminary Review (PR) and MRB levels.
• General understanding of metallurgy; ability to understand the physical and mechanical properties of metals as affected by composition, mechanical working and heat treatments.
• General understanding of subcontracted special processes (NDT, heat treating, shot peening, plating and surface treatments).
• Strong mechanical inspection skills & knowledge with experience using mechanical inspection tools, including familiarity with computer based inspections measuring equipment.
• Ability to produce quality reports.
• Working 5.5 days a week.
