l  Develop Quality Mindset within the area; ensure compliance with legal or regulatory requirements and the Quality System including policies and safety rules.

l  Organize the daily production activities according to the master production plan and TJP production capacity, optimize the production processes from raw material to finished products within production.

l  Ensure good motivation in production team and good relations to stakeholders.

l  Handle any abnormal case (deviation) about RM/equipment and processes.

l  Establish the database timely and properly and find the improvement aspects of production and people management after data analysis.

l  Reach and monitor the relevant departmental KPIs and VIP.

l  Complete the relevant projects as the project leader within production area.

l  Share the knowledge to the employees and transfer the information between the management team and employees.

l  Establish the production procedure and complete the validation activities within production.

l  Setup the KAIZEN system and organize to complete the improvement suggestion.

l  Build up a good team and the good working climate.

l  Build up the EMS culture within production and improve the leadership. 

l  Set up the goal and evaluates the yearly/quarterly performance of the employees, to ensure the good performance of the team.

l  Hiring people and take charge of probation management for new employees.

l  Assist to setup the departmental budget and monitor the expenses related to production to keep expenditures within acceptable budget limits.

l  Build up the employee’s competency and the developmental organization within area.

l  Coordinate the Manufacturing Solution with other sites or functions.

l  Understand and implement company, division and regulatory EHS requirements as applicable to process engineer, responsible for the EHS within the production area overall.
