1. Come up with a marketing positioning and strategy for each product line.

2. Lead and manage the PM teams: market survey; product roadmap; new product proposals; product promotion strategies; product pricing strategies; internal coordination for product development, production and promotion; strategic partners and customers identification.

3. Come up with budgets and goals for individual PM teams.

4. Come up with an executable plan to achieve the goals.

5. Lead the PM teams to execute the plan within the allowed budgets.

6. Work with customers and related departments to ensure a smooth product rollout.
