Social commerce is at the centre of the plan. This person will be a pivotal member of the leadership team the and will have the opportunity to develop, innovate and influence, drive sales while being part of something special and appreciated for it.
Job Descriptions:
In short you will be responsible for the success of the eCommerce business (inclusive of social commerce) achieving the sales and brand image expectation.
- Working closely with the Social Media Marketing Manager to produce a month-by-month target specific merchandise launch plan
- Working closely with the Social Media Marketing Manager to produce a month-by-month target specific content plan
- Lead and manage the mini program sales plan
- Lead and manage the CS to resolve customer complaints and answer queries ensuring the highest degree of customer service
- Working closely with the Head Strategic Advisor to plan and manage the supply chain elements
- Working closely with the Head Strategic Advisor to lead and manage creative sales promotion campaigns online
- Working closely with the Head Strategic Advisor to identify and negotiate the most suitable TPs for LRB, TMall and other eComm platforms
- Manage the TPs to create sales and project the desired brand image

Requirements
You should be a person with rich experience and interest in social commerce. You are familiar with the various commercial possibilities on social commerce (小程序) and the pertaining execution. You are extremely familiar with the various ways of promotions/marketing and characteristics on the key ecommerce platforms such as Taobao, TMall, JD, LRB & Duoyin.
- University graduate major in commerce, laws and/or communication would be a plus.
- Minimum of 4 years of hands on experience in beauty related eCommerce or mini program operation generating at least monthly 6-digit sales.
- Experience of working in international firms and in managerial position would be a plus.
- Native Mandarin speaker with good written English. Good spoken English is a plus but not a must.
- Have had work experience with TPs and cross-border eCommerce is important.
- Experience in the international beauty & skin care industry is important.
