Responsibilities职位描述

1.Develop automatic manufacture process, design automotive solution to improve manufacture efficiency, evaluate  automotive, co-work with vendor to develop, calibrate and test automatic system. 

开发自动生产制程，设计自动化解决方案以提高制造效率, 与厂商合作开发，校验和测试自动化系统。

2. Develop and improve product manufacture process, optimize the design of tooling or process by introducing new 

fixture, jig and automatic kits to facilitate the overall manufacture process. 

设计和改善产品工艺流程，通过引入新治具和自动化装置来提高整体生产制程。

3. Lead electrical design review and feasibility study, initiate or review automation machine schematic drawing and 

electrical spec. 

主导设备电气设计和可行性分析，制定审核设备的电气图纸及技术文件。

4. Industry machine electrical modification to communicate in automatic system.

改装工业设备电路并使其与自动化系统协同工作。

5. Manage automotive machine verification, installation and maintenance. 

管理自动化设备调试，安装和维护。

6. Manage automation projects, lead cross functional team to meet project milestones, evaluate project risk, manage

project schedule, evaluate product cost, prioritize project actions, report project progress and escalate issues.

管理自动化项目，管理项目跨部门团队，满足项目里程碑，评估项目风险，管理项目进程，评估产品成本，管理项目行动优先

级，汇报项目进度和相关问题。 

7. Accomplish tasks assigned from manager. 

完成上级安排的任务。

Qualifications 任职资格

Education: Colleague or above

教育水平： 大学大专以上学历

Major: Automation, Electrical, Electrics Engineering or related

专业：自动化，电器，电子

Professional: Familiar with C/C++/C# , Hands on experience in MCU, PLC, Robot programming

专业能力： 熟悉C/C++/C#语言，能编写或修改MCU, PLC或者工业机器人程序

Work Experience: 3 year or above

工作经验: 3年或以上

Electrician Certificate holder

需要有电工证 

    

Capability Requirement 能力要求

1.Hands on experience from one of these filed is preferred, Pick and place robot application and programming, automation system design and electrical design.

至少有以下任何一类工程设计经验，工业机械手应用和编程，自动化系统设计和电气设计。

2.Experience in industrial solution from Mitsubishi/Siemens etc. PLC, EPSON, Fanuc or YAMAHA Robot. 

熟悉三菱，西门子或者日系PLC，爱普生，法兰克，雅马哈等机械手选型和应用。

3.Experience in managing project team or working in customized automatic solution, such as robotic solution or image

processing solution company. 

有在机器人或图像处理非标自动化公司管理项目团队或者工作的经验。

4.Knowledge in project management tools, PMP certificate holder is a plus. 

熟悉项目管理工具，有PMP证书优先。

5.Good communication skill. 

良好的沟通能力。

6.Understand English. 

能理解英文。

7.Team player, willing to work and share with teammates. 

团队合作，乐于分享。
