Job Responsibilities:

-Handles inquiries and completes requests from the USA team.

-Handles and monitors the loop of inquiries, artwork, sample schedule, comments, inspection schedule, tracking, testing certificate and shipment dates for projects.

-Experienced with WM,.Target, Dolar General, Dolar Tree, Family Dollar and 99cents is preferred.

-Works with and communicates closely with suppliers to ensure all information is kept up to date and is accurate as it relates to sample status, quotation, production and shipments.

-Daily liaison with suppliers to ensure their accurate understanding of expectations. Resolves ad-hoc issues.

-Packs and Forwards samples to USA office and suppliers.

-Attend meetings and follows up/monitors the process from start to finish on all assign projects.

-Explores and makes recommendations on sourcing of new or interesting products for USA team.

-Explores and makes recommendations on new or potential suppliers for product lines.

-Follows up and takes action – examines supplier background, factory specifications and sample production quality.

-Visits with new suppliers. Conducts in-line inspection process, being involved in supplier relationship management to ensure smooth project operation.

-Arranges and monitors Factory Audits when required.

-Handles administrative tasks on daily basis.

-Arranges travel for Canton fairs and buying trips - itinerary, accommodation etc.

-Weekly video conference meeting with USA to prioritize workload and provide an update on all projects

Need to travel up to 30% frequency

Job Requirement:

-Proficient in standard office software and systems

-Experience in toys industry is preferred.

-Knowledge with the industrial cost in production process

-Experience and knowledge of factory audit basics

-Familiar with Design Concepts. Sensitive to Colors and Designs

-Proficient in written and oral English skills

-Experience in follow-up of big retailers in US preferred
