The IT Manager – Production ERP will be based in Shenzhen/Shiyan.

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:

• ①与QAD用户团队紧密合作，收集和记录业务需求，并应用技术来支持和改进业务流程并提高效率
• ②精简和标准化业务流程，以确保资源的经济高效利用和服务的可靠性
• ③计划、审查和支持流程和系统更改、配置和定制请求
• ④与业务伙伴、工程师和其他同事合作，实施并实现IT/财务路线图
• ⑤通过分析业务流程需求、托管项目实现和最终用户培训，促进应用程序的***使用
• ⑥不断提高新应用服务的质量和交付，提高ERP各模块的整体生产力和效率
• ⑦为不同系统中的所有角色开发和维护适当的系统访问
• ⑧根据不断变化的业务需求创建、记录和管理自定义设置、工作流、自定义对象、新功能
• ⑨使用系统API和第三方工具开发、测试和部署自定义应用程序扩展
• ⑩结合强大的商业头脑和深入的分析能力，锻炼项目领导能力
• ?管理维护QAD MFG/PRO系统,以及相关的MES/WMS/SOP/SCM系统。
• ?辅助财务，计划，制造，采购，商务等相关人员，对系统数据批量更新工作
• ?检查QAD数据库备份日志。QAD系统的基础数据维护（账号、权限、税务类基础信息、区类基础、库位信息等）。对QAD系统操作指导书，及时更新维护，QAD系统更新及发布管理，系统内审工作

Here is some of what you’ll need (required):

• ①五年以上QAD项目管理经验，有在企业参与大型QAD项目规划实施和项目管理经验者优先.专科及以上学历，有财务工作背景，有制造业工作经验。
• ②熟悉QAD相关模块（基础数据，财务管理，计划到生产，采购至应付，销售至应收）的业务流程，10年以上ERP软件项目实施经验，熟悉Progress或其他数据库，熟悉UNIX / Linux系统，具备一定的开发技能
• ④ 优秀的学习能力和沟通表达能力，清晰的思路和分析判断能力，工作主动性强，创新，具有良好的团队合作精神，能够承受较强的压力
