职责描述Job Responsibilities:
1. 产品的结构设计工作：结构评审、3D设计、出手板及开模图等；
Product structure design work: structure review, 3D design, prototype and mold drawing, etc.
2. 全程跟进工作：从需求评审到预研、设计、样机、开模、试产、生产跟进等，处理期间所负责产品的所有与结构相关的异常事件；
Full follow-up work: from requirements review to pre-research, design, prototype, mold opening, trial production, production follow-up, etc., handle all structure-related abnormal events of the product in charge during the period.
3. 产品结构资料的整理、输出、归档，包括2D、3D、BOM资料等；
Sorting out, outputting and filing of product structure data, including 2D, 3D, BOM data, etc.
4. 结构件的确认及签样；
Confirmation and signature of structural parts.
5. 项目完成结项时，负责项目结构相关技术文档的拟定和总结；
When the project is completed, be responsible for the formulation and summary of technical documents related to the project structure.
6. 上级交待的其它任务。
Other tasks assigned by superiors.

任职要求Job Requirements：
1. 5年以上汽车电子产品结构设计经验，熟悉汽车结构和车规；
More than 5 years of experience in automotive electronic product structure design, familiar with automotive structure and vehicle regulations.
2. 机械/机电类统招本科及以上学历，英语四级以上；
Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical/Electromechanical majors; CET-4 or above level.
3. 熟练使用 Pro/e（或Catia）， AUTOCAD 等工程设计软件，熟悉公差分析；
Proficient in the use of Pro/e (or Catia), AUTOCAD and other engineering design software, familiar with tolerance analysis;
4. 熟悉常用塑胶，五金材料及加工成型工艺，能及时处理不良异常；
Familiar with commonly used plastics, hardware materials and processing and molding techniques, and able to deal with bad abnormalities in time.
5. 熟悉塑胶及五金模具结构和注塑成型，能有效评审及解决模具及成型异常；
Familiar with plastic and metal mold structure and injection molding, able to effectively review and solve mold and molding abnormalities.
6. 熟悉产品开发流程，对散热、震动、光学有成功处理经验；
Familiar with product development process, have successful handling experience in heat dissipation, vibration, and optics.
7. 具备独立分析并解决问题的能力，能够熟练使用DOE、FMEA等工具；
Have the ability to analyze and solve problems independently, and be able to use DOE, FMEA and other tools proficiently.
8. 熟悉IATF16949 产品开发流程。
Familiar with IATF16949 product development process.
