Job Description:

 1.Coordinate with various forwarders, broker and warehouse operator and local distributor to support timely receipt and delivery of shipments to customers.

2. Act as a single point of contact for customer and country team for end to end logistics activities including import, export, warehouse, inventory management, local delivery, lost and damage etc.

3. Manage escalation and customer critical shipment. Coordinate with customer and country team to resolve logistics issues in timely manner.

4. Administer Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and ensure that set objectives are delivered.

5. Proactively offer recommendations for issue resolution and process improvements to project team to improve service quality, efficiency and cost.

Requirements

1. Related working experience in freight forwarding industry is a plus.

2. Bachelor degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade or Business English.

3. Solid knowledge on import/export process in Asia Pacific countries.

4. Excellent communication skill, especially with overseas.

5. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)..
