GENERAL SUMMARY:

Responsible for monitoring and improving accuracy on quality assurance information, and monitoring service providers on all quality assurance activities.

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Coordinate with US counterpart for QA related activities.

2. Follow-up and monitor the progress with service provider on factory audit, lab test and inspection.

3. Coordination with Merchandising teams on the progress of production and the status of QA activities.

4. Assist in developing QA related documentation (SOP, Protocol, Vendor Manual etc.).

5. Provide technical support to merchandising teams from product development to sample approval.

6. Educate vendors to adhere to company business practices and requirements.

7. Generate management reports for analysis.

              

KNOWLEDGE and SKILLS:

- Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

- Strong MS Excel skills and proficient in general PC applications.

- Knowledge in US CPSC requirement for consumer product.

        

  

WORK EXPERIENCE and EDUCATION:

- Tertiary Education in Science & Engineering, Quality Management or related disciplines.

- 3-5 years working experience in quality assurance field.

- Previously working experience in buying office or testing and inspection companies would be an advantage.
