Job descriptions工作职责:

• Perform regular market research studies to gather important jewelry brands data 收集国内重要珠宝品牌资料，进行市场研究与分析。

• Develop custom brand management plans and submit updated summaries on brand promotion to management each month 针对客户开展品牌定制与推广，每月向公司管理层汇报产品系列推广总结

• Assist in the design of retail packaging as well as the creation of in-store marketing displays including catalogues and introduction videos. 参与店铺展示材料如画册，产品介绍视频设计

• Maintain contact with designers and customers to get critical input on how product design and implementation can be improved沟通客户与设计师，提升产品设计及推广实施效果。

• developing marketing and advertising strategies, plan, schedules and managing those budgets; 制定市场营销与广告策略、计划与实施，管理预算

  researching the marketplace to determine where the product or client fits in; 进行市场分析，确定产品定位与合适的目标客户

  Launch event, organizing, planning and execution

  策划、组织开展品牌发布会等大型活动

  Build and maintain relationship with customers. 建立并维护良好客户关系

• overseeing promotional activities; analyzing pricing and sales; 监督促销活动，分析定价与销售结果。

  Provide training to retail shop salespersons for brand products. Train local sales team and monitor their activities. 向店铺促销员提供品牌与产品培训；管理及培训国内市场销售团队

  Research and make sales targets and distribute to team members and monitor and achieve the same. 销售目标分析，销售任务分解，激励团队完成目标。

  
  

Capability expected:

1. Know very well of the local jewelry whole sale and retail market.

2. Strong industrial background, resources and can start work independently

3. Highly self-motivated and Full knowledge of how to start the research and marketing the products with brand companies.

4. Strong in data analysis; collect information of the market and competitors as well as customers’ feedbacks to monitor and guide further marketing strategy to achieve the sales target

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field, 5years+ experience in related post

我公司每天工作8小时，国家规定之法定节假日休息，公司除按法定的婚假给予员工外，还给予来回的路途假，春节假期高达18天，另外公司提供工作日中餐、加班餐补，为员工投养老、工伤、医疗、失业保险等。
