Key responsibility:

1. Transportation arrangement and tracking for order fulfillment

2. Import/export implementation with for oversea orders

3. Transportation and custom clearance fee settlement and report

4. New logistics channel development based on global view

Description of the job (main tasks, supporting tasks, reporting line, main areas of responsibilities, etc.)

1. Be responsible for transportation arrangement for the customer order fulfillment based on the requirement of the delivery

2. Be able to track and fix abnormal issue in the process of transportation

3. Cooperate with customer or partner of company to prepare custom clearance related documentations

4. Be responsible for issue tracking and fixing happened in the process of logistics

5. Make good record management on delivery reception from customer

6. Be responsible for continuously improvement on efficiency and cost of logistics

7. Handle the fee application of logistics and import/export with carriers and custom broker

8. Prepare monthly report of logistics and input system accurately and timely

9. Be able to lead development of new logistics channel based on the global view

10. Other works assigned by supervisor

Work experience and requirements for skills

1. More than 5 years’experience in logistics related work

2. Positive attitude on the work

3. Good knowledge on logistics and import/export field

4. Can handle logistics related work independently

5. Excellent ability of communication internally (colleagues) and externally (partner and customer)

6. Good skill on data recording and report summary

7. Have global view for new logistics mode development

8. Good English Communication Skills
