• Responsible from technical support of customer complains.
• Lead suppliers to provide solutions upon customer feedbacks.
• Work with other departments to establish root cause; appropriate short/long term corrective actions.
• Coordinate immediate actions with customer.
• Prepare necessary technical document including but not limited to instruction manuals, spare part lists, troubleshoots.
• Collect all relevant data of customer complaints and prepare analysis in monthly basis.
• Follow up National Regulations and take actions to update official certificates.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Automation Engineering or related.
• Prior experience in electrical home appliance environment.
• Good communication skill and good team player.
• Good English skill both in writing and reading.
• Good report preparation skills.
• Good command of MS Offices.
