Responsibilities:

• Drive internal process & product quality improvement activities with quality method.
• Drive internal failure risk assessment and continuous improvement following up CAPA with PDCA methodology.
• As internal customer, take fully control of internal quality.
• Coordinate with QC, enhance the internal process/product quality control.
• QC (DL) training on quality specification.
• Fan in & Fan out the good practice from sister sites.
• New product/ process qualification and standardize the quality control plan.
• Work with BU, NPD, engineering to review and set up the internal specification.
• Other tasks assigned by supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in electronic.
• Good ability of oral and written English; CET4 or above.
• Quality experience 1~5years and experienced in using quality tools like: SPC, 8D, FMEA…
• Experienced in Semiconductor assembly and test.
• Open mind with good logistic thinking.
• Good communication skills.
• Willing to take challenge.
• Familiar with semiconductor test will be prefer.
