1. Help PM to follow-up on purchase orders, development of samples, shipments.

    

2. Create product in Flex, maintain document and costing in Flex.

    

3. Coordinate Jira task and Uquote

    

4. Coordinate with designer, graphics, QC and vendor in different development stages to execute the design, packing and quality. 

    

5. Communicate with vendors as required to develop designs for quoting and production.

    

6. Maintain communication with internal departments, including merchandising, sales, customer service, logistics, quality control, and production.

    

7. Other job duties as assigned.

Skills/Requirements: 

Bachelor degree in foreign trade or English 

at least 1 year relevant experience in homeware 

Proficient with MicroSoft office and SAP 

Good communication and coordinator capabilities 

Willing to learn and grow with the business 

Detail-oriented and patient
