Essential Function 1: Ensures timely implementation of guideline and regulatory compliance locally

• Ensure to implement global valid guideline timely on behalf of PS team
• Implement global product stewardship strategy locally
• Collect and distribute valid PS relevant regulatory locally, ensure timely interpret and implement

Essential Function 2: Work as BU Pigments customer key contact

• To provide professional advice to BU Pigments regarding all PS issues
• To ensure PS legal compliance of BU of Pigments
• Monitoring of national/regional regulatory in general and for special application field;
• Evaluation of the hazard potential of products of BU Pigments and release statement to customers
• Involve in the external /internal customer advisory service and communication
• Training of production / marketing/sites concerning product stewardship

Essential Function 3: Responsible for product application area registration

• Responsible for application area registration, like food contact, cosmetic registration
• Responsible for new developed area registration
• Coordinate and communicate the registration process with HQs
