Job Summary

Independently carry out Corp and Site HR policies and programs, support in functional areas of human resources including but not limited to recruitment and employment, personnel records, employee and/or labor relations, job evaluation, wage and salary administration, benefits administration, organizational development, training, and special projects.

Talent Acquisition

1. Initiate and Implement staff activities to enhance and promote company culture and Vision/mission

2. Follow up Engagement Survey, promote employee engagement initiatives and programs

3. Liaison with Corp and platform for projects implementation

Training& Development

1. Select and identify qualified training agents and deliver annual training 100% fulfillment

2. Coordinate and ensure all necessary training program 100% attendance

3.  Participation including associates' development plans and training programs

HR System Maintenance

1. Maintain HR Data accuracy and up to date in Workday

2. Maintain attendance data and generate reports in TIMG

3. Support managers and employees to resolve problems in HR system.

Qualifications

5+ years working experience in HR field or generalist experience in MNC environment

SAP knowledge and maintenance experience required

Knowledge of labor laws and related statutory regulations

Strong sense of ownership and accountability, detail oriented, quick learner and team player

Good communication in both English and Chinese

Commitment to maintaining the confidentiality

Being people-oriented, customer focus, confident and self-motivated with growth mindset
