JOB DESCRIPTION
- The incumbent is responsible to lead a technician team to support equipment se-tup, improvement, innovation and qualification for line transfer and start up.
- Participates and improves the global performance of the tools / equipment family (capacity, reliability, yield, scrap, cost) Defines the performance standards, proce-dures (Tools specifications), methodologies for the maintenance and supports the maintenance team. Start up of new equipment.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Degree holder with major in Industrial Automatic / Electrical & Elec-tronics Engineering.
- Prefer to have minimum 3 years working experience in similar field
- Working experience with assembly equipment or test handlers would be an advantage
- Knowledge assembly or test and finishing process is an advantage.
- Previous experience in commissioning of equipment or machine
- Possess good interpersonal and leadership skills
- Good English language skill including both oral and writing
- Ready for short-term overseas posting
- Well knowledge in Microsoft office (words, excel & powerpoint)

The foundation of the company is to contribute in the semiconductor assembly and testing project in Bao’long industrial area in Shenzhen Longgang. The project will be implemented in several phases. The first phase has been brought into operation already and the total investment is nearly 190 million US dollars so far. We forecast the total headcount will be over 7000 person in 5 years and the total investment will reach 500 million US dollars with capacity of over 7 billion units per year when the project is complete.
