Job Description：Manage day-to-day operations for SAP LE related modules, requirement analysis, propose solutions, and conduct testing, training to the end users. Provide user support via incident, problem and change management processes. This is a challenging role within GC team, requiring a depth and breadth of both technical and functional knowledge in respective SAP modules.

Responsibilities:

1. Issue/problem management in SAP LE related modules.
2. Translate business requirements into IT/SAP solutions by analyzing the requirements and proposing optimum solutions. Support business users in preparing the requirements document, effort estimates, testing plans etc.,
3. Work with global IT CoE (IT Center of excellence) Team in planning, designing and implementing the solution. Preparations for post go-live support.
4. Support key users in preparing the Master data.
5. Manage and ensure the effective communication with the Distributors and Third Party Logistics (3PL Warehouse and Transportation) vendors.
6. Maintain and daily operations support of EDI interfaces with the distributors and 3PL vendors.
7. Perform functional and integration testing.
8. Support Audit activities and follow-up for closing the findings.
9. Preparation and execution of workshops and presentations as and when needed.
10. End-user training in LE and its modules as and when needed.
11. Own stakeholder communication as well as all the escalation points for LE related issues and follow-up until resolution.
12. Participate in Change and release management.
13. Support users with access management for LE related roles.
14. Secure knowledge level of Application related tools & processes.
15. Adhere to and promote relevant Application policies and procedures.
16. Ensure close collaboration within and across teams to achieve service objectives.
17. Ensure involvement of right stakeholders for major incidents communications and resolution on root cause fixes and also pro-active communications regarding scheduled maintenance efforts, planned upgrades & system outages.
18. Strictly Adhere and follow EHS / Compliance / Security policies.

Qualification:

1. Technology degree from recognized university (IT or Engineering)
2. SAP Certification in LE (Preferable).
3. Good process Knowledge in SAP Warehousing and Transportation management modules.
4. 5+ year’s minimum functional experience in SD & LE end-to-end Implementation, Rollout, Support, upgrade, enhancements and various areas with implementation of Sub-modules like：A, LE à Warehouse management, Transportation management, inventory management, extended warehouse management, LE objects, 3PL EDI interfaces, Reports and LE authorization roles etc. B，Experience in Shipment and shipment cost；C，Experience in inbound and outbound interfaces relevant to outbound delivery, inbound delivery, shipment, shipment cost；D，Experience in IDOC error analysis and handing. E，Experience in master data Handling units, packaging etc；F，All kind of stock transfer like, plant, storage location, stock types, storage type, bin-bin；G，Good Knowledge in SAP Solution manager, ABAP.
5. SAP LE with hands on activities of configuring inbound and outbound Delivery processing. Business solution for effective Shipment handling worked in Integrating SAP LE-WM with SD and IM, Familiar with put away, picking and HU management.
6. Strong knowledge and experience on SAP Order to Cash (OTC) / Procure to Pay (P2P& ***) price determination, routines and other schemas of SAP.
7. At least involved in two full cycle of SAP LE implementation projects.
8. Exposure to Petrochemical industry and business background will be an added advantage.
9. Analytic mindset and high attention to details.

11. Strong communication skills in Mandarin and English- Clearly conveys information and ideas through a variety of media to individuals or groups.
