Job Description:
- Lead, manage, direct and coach the section members, to ensure the all the KEY targets are achieved,such as ZERO SAFETY Accident,Customer Complaint Reduction,Yield,Output,Unit Cost Reduction,UPH,NEE/OEE,TPM,Cycle time...
- Lead and Drive the Yield and Quality continuous improvement programs:
a. Training all the Chief, PM and supervisors, to improve their skills/ knowledge, and the sensitivity & responsibility on quality.
b. Analyse the yield lost defectiveness and initiate
corrective and control measures for permanent solution.
c. Focused on the key processes, improve the process
capability and the IPC efficiency
- Strengthen and continuously improve the Maintenance Team, to achieve the following targets:
a. Implement the Preventive Maintenance, to improve
all key bottleneck machines performance.
b. No equipment/maintenance related output loss.
c. Optimize the spare parts inventory (Security,
consumable), to minimize the spare parts cost and consumption
d. training comer and improvement skill
- Development and Training:
a. Continuously identify high potential persons for each category of employees
b. Evaluate their skills level and set development plan,
with good communication to motivate the learning
and drive the learning journey.
c. Drive the PM Tech headed training teams for all the
PM Techs and line technicians.
d. Continuous Training for line Technicians and Skill operators.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree,engineering background
- At least 3 years full time of testing engineering experience,2 years management skill is preferred
- With 2 years practical experience in semiconductor manufacturing industry is preferred
- Good at testing methodology and tools
- Good English Communication Skills

ST Microelectronics (Shenzhen) Manufacturing Co., Ltd was established on Sep 2005 and is wholly invested by ST Microelectronics, which is a large multinational company ranking No.5 in the world and No.1 in Europe in semiconductor industry. The foundation of the company is to contribute in the semiconductor assembly and testing project in Bao’long industrial area in Shenzhen Longgang. The project will be implemented in several phases. The first phase has been brought into operation already and the total investment is nearly 190 million US dollars so far. We forecast the total headcount will be over 7000 person in 5 years and the total investment will reach 500 million US dollars with capacity of over 7 billion units per year when the project is complete.
