2.     职责/Mission

负责各项招标相关工作

 Responsible for bidding related work

3.     主要工作/Main Activities

• 负责管辖区域内招标项目，包含：收集招标信息，解读招标政策，维护有效信息，根据市场&竞品分析，协助制定投标策略
• 对接公司相关销售人员，及时准确互通招标政策和中标信息，完成招标目录增补，以及相关申述
• 更新并分析公司内部招标信息数据库，参考分析结果，给出合理的报价建议
• 负责公司招投标文件资料的归档与管理
• 按时完成直线经理所安排的日常工作

• Responsible for bidding projects within the jurisdiction, including: collection of bidding information, interpretation of bidding policy, maintain effective bidding information, assist in developing bidding strategies according to market-competition analysis
• Liaise related company sales, timely and accurate exchange of bidding policies and price information; Complete the tender catalogue update, and related statements
• Update & analyze the company's internal bidding information database, suggest reasonalbe quotation
• Responsible for filing and management of company bidding documents
• Finish the daily work arranged by the line manager on time

• 大专或以上学历
• 良好的电脑操作能力，熟悉办公软件
• 良好的英语能力
• 2年以上医药行业准入&招标经验优先
• 责任心，细心
• 好的沟通、协调能力， 团队精神
• 很强的学习能力

• Professional PC skill and Microsoft software(Word, Excel and PPT) using skills
• Good English skill
• More than two years experiences in the market access & bidding is preferred
