Manage supply planning activities for Band-Aid product portfolio manufactured . The primary function of this role is to ensure the flawless supply of RPM/WIP/FG to achieve excellent levels of customer service, with the appropriate inventory level and at the right cost. The scope of this role includes MPS, MRP and scheduling. The network of receiving markets supplied out of the site includes US, Canada, China, APAC markets as well as affiliates in the EMEA region which drives the need for an effective individual who is able to forge strong partnerships across working platforms and stakeholders to represent supply out of China to a high priority commercial businesses. Meanwhile there will be key a priority to ensure both domestic and affiliate NPI on time launch, deliver team KPIs and provide critical contributions on project teams (CIP, NPD, Strategic SC projects etc).

The scope of key responsibilities include:

·         Based on sales forecasts from local and overseas markets, develop weekly production schedule and monitor plan attainment to ensure on-time supply in the receiving market

·         Support long term rough cut capacity analysis on a monthly drumbeat to ensure machine capacity/manpower/material availability and participate in the monthly RCCP reporting forum with key stakeholders and LT members

·         Connect with key local/regional/global planning colleagues to optimize supply plans, manage risks and drive customer service excellence

·         Planning decision making activities to balance cost/cash/service priorities  

·         Manage master data creation/maintenance and issue production orders to workshop as routine planning role

·         Identify inventory reduction opportunities (value/DOS) and participate in inventory reduction programs

·         Connect with various cross-functionals teams from operational partners through to key commercial stakeholders to deliver on key NPI/NPD and strategic SC projects

·         Learning agility and ability to perform in fast-paced and high stakes environment
