Main Responsibilities:   

1.     Implement human resource strategy so that the organization effectively attracts, manages, develops and retains the employee's needs to achieve its current and future business objectives.

2.     Direct a variety of human resource-related programs to satisfied organization's current & future human resource requirements and employees are well recruited, managed, organized, trained, evaluated and rewarded in accordance with organization's human resource strategy.

3.     Liaise with functional or operational managers to develop & implement local human resource strategies that are appropriate for their business needs, but consistent with organization's overall human resource strategy.

4.     Evaluate the organization's future workforce needs and adapt existing current human resource programs to meet organization's human resource strategy & business needs.

5.     Lead, direct, evaluate and develop a team of human resource professionals to well implement organization's human resource strategy.

6.     Safeguard organization complies with all relevant regulations, laws and audits.

Requirements:

1.     Bachelor Degree or equivalent.

2.     Minimum 3 years' experience in Human Resources management position.

3.     Strong communication and interpersonal skill with good command of verbal and written English.

4.     Good team player & HR business partner.

5.     High integrated, Self-initiative, full of passion.
