职位描述
职责:
该职位负责及时有效地将手绘图交付全球Creata内部客户。具体职责下:
1.详细、及时、符合品质要求地回应手绘图提案；
2.积极主动地处理所接收提案-确保仔细、清楚、明确地阅读并充分理解提案要求；
3.根据提案所展示之手绘图应在符合内部客户期望的适当水平；
4.协助设计并参与讨论创新与概念。
Responsibilities:
As a Hand Artist, this position exists to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of hand art to Creata worldwide.
Specifically, this role exists to ensure:
1.Briefs for artwork are responded to in full, on time, and to the required quality;
2.Pro-active management of art briefs received – ensuring they are read carefully, clear and concise in their requirements and fully understood.
3.Art-work presented per brief is kept to optimum levels in line with the expectations of internal clients.
4.Assist in the design and ”brainstorming” of new and innovative concepts.
要求:
1.大专以上学历，美工/美术专业优先。
2.须具备优秀的手绘图/素描能力，能逼真地表现角色/物品
3.优秀的视覺化/草圖製作技巧
4.了解Photoshop, Illustrator等设计软件者优先
5.了解玩具相关行业制造流程者优先
6.能够使用英文进行基本沟通者优先
Requirements:
1.College education and above, majoring in Design/Art is preferred.
2.Must have excellent freehand drawing/sketching ability, characters and objects to appear lifelike.
3.Excellent visualization/rendering skills.
4.Understanding of creative software including Photoshop and Illustrator is an advantage.
5.Understanding of production processes related to toy industry an advantage
6.Able to communicate in basic English language is an advantage
