Key Qualifications: 职位要求

    

• Have experience in conducting Ethical and/or QMS and/or environmental audits for minimum 3 years in third party audit firm; 至少3年在第三方审计公司EHS/QMS/环境审核的审核经验；
• Have conducted minimum 100 audits as a lead auditor;作为首席审核员至少执行100个审核；
• Able to travel frequently within Mainland China and other Asia countries; 能够适应经常在中国大陆和其他亚洲国家出差；
• Good report writing skills in English; 良好的英文报告撰写能力；
• Knowledge on minerals responsible sourcing preferred; 具有负责任矿产采购的知识者优先；
• Knowledge on ISO14000 system preferred. 熟知ISO14000体系者优先；
• Able to work independently and have strong work ethics to get the job done with a time-sensitive nature; 能够独立工作并具有强烈的职业道德，能够在规定时间内完成工作；
• Good communication skill and interaction with team members; 良好的沟通能力和团队协作能力；
• Hard working, self-motivated, strong client sense is preferred. 勤奋工作，有上进心，有强烈的客户意识者优先

    

    

    

Role Descriptions: 职位描述

    

• Conduct minerals due diligence audit for upstream to downstream suppliers in minerals supply chain; 对矿物供应链中上游到下游供应商的矿物进行尽职调查；
• Complete high quality audit reporting with clear audit findings, observations and supporting evidence; 完成高质量的审核报告，这包括清晰的描述审支撑性证据，观察结果和问题点；
• Review CAP and provide guidance for improvements; 审查改善计划并提供改进指导；
• Provide technical assistance to smelter/refineries to prepare industry smelter audit; 向冶炼厂/精炼厂提供技术支持，以准备行业内的冶炼厂审核；
• Delivery group trainings to suppliers of Client对客户的供应商做培训
• Support QA on audit report as needed from team members. 协助审核报告的QA.
• Support off duty call as PM or client's requirement(if needed) 根据PM或客户要求支持非上班时间的电话(如需要）
• Work as a team to support other tasks from manager/director and internal colleagues. 团队合作，协助经理/总监和内部同事的其他任务。
