Requirement of the Role：
1. Evaluate production costs, gains & losses and month-end closing data
2. Collect operational data and make analyses reports
3. Collect production data, maintenance and inventory control data
4. Coordinate annual physical counts and cycle counts in a plant
5. Assist in forecasting, preparing and implementing a plant’s budget
6. Study, review and reconcile variances in reports and data
7. Review standard and actual costs for inaccuracies
8. Analyse and report profit margins
9. Assist in month-end and year-end closing

Competency：
1. Proven working experience as cost accountant in manufacturing industry and multinational organizations
2. Good English skills in read/write and speaking
3. Ability to effectively communicate in a written and oral way
4. Accurate working-method as well as the ability to meet deadlines
5. Good computer skills on MS Office and accounting system.
6. Ability to handle high levels of pressure, and willing to take up challenges

Qualifications/Skills/Personal Qualities-CORE:
1. Bachelor or above, more than 3 years’ experience in financial area.
2. International manufacturing company background
3. Good English skills in speaking and writing
