Major Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage communication strategies for defined business area in Asia. Prepare internal and external marketing communications to manage and nurture our corporate brand, identity and reputation.
• Develop and execute effective product/application focused integrated communication campaigns that drive growth for target segments.
• Develop and execute advertising campaigns including print, online, digital media.
• Plan and implement news release to media in Asia. Manage constructive relations with trade media to support strong communications with the market. Plan and implement brand communication programs to deliver strong media coverage to support the marketing and sales objective.
• Plan and organize MarCom events in Asia. Evaluate event analytics and optimize events. Conduct research to identify new opportunities for bringing about innovation in events.

Minimum Position Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline.  MS or MBA a plus.
• 5 years’ experience in Marketing Communications role.
• Pro-active, self-driven, reliable personality. Ability to adapt to fast paced and changing environment. Strong verbal and written English communication skills. 
• Ability to work collaboratively across business units, functional departments, geographies, and with senior management.
• Results-orientation.
• Strong creative, strategic, analytical, and organizational skills.
