职位描述
Duties and Responsibilities:
1.Monitor the status of systems or tasks according to pre-defined schedule and procedure and report findings to the responsible parties.
2.Support SAP Basis covering servers, process, databases, and other technical aspects for a variety of SAP environments.
3.Support users in their daily use of SAP general functions such as authorization, printing, GUI, ect.
4.Work pro-actively and take initatives to reduce system errors and improve system availability and performance.
Requirements:
1.Strong knowledge about computer systems in general. Understanding of SAP and database would be a plus.
2.Good analytical&problem solving skills.
3.Good command of reading and writing English, oral English is communicable.
4.Pro-active and self-driven.
