Responsibilities:

1. Identify and engage with engineering and quality to understand commodity requirements  and ensure supply base is aligned (electronics, PCB).

2. Build, execute, and track sourcing project plans designed to reduce costs or improve availability per spending analysis.

3. Negotiate and execute contracts (Pricing, VMI,LT, MOQ etc).

4.Help to develop innovative solutions, approaches, methodologies that address present and future supply chain requirements.

5. Develop supplier strategy, commodity strategy by using industrial benchmarking

6.commercial / contractual supplier agreements with strategic suppliers.

7. Closley work with EMS partner to align commodity strategy, supplier risk analysis, and supplier capabilities requirements.

8. Drive with EMS partner for continuous improvement on cost reductions/delivery /quality/risk mitigation.

Requirements:

1. At least 6 years of experience in Sourcing/Supply Chain Management in EMS.

2. Engineering  background on electronic parts is preferred.

4. Both oral and written English are good.

5. Strong negotiations and communication skills, influence with great leadership.

6. High integrity, reliability and honesty.
