General Purpose:

? Responsible for the supply chain execution of Suppliers and Subcontractors located in South China, including on-time shipment, inventory control of all consigned materials and cycle time reduction.

? Focal point for communication between Corsair and Suppliers & Subcontractors.

? Responsible for providing supply visibility of Suppliers and Subcontractors in South China  by performing  Inventory Transactions and Customers’ Shipments follow up 

? Position will be based at a major supplier site in South China.

Position Summary, Responsibilities and Expectations:

? Communicate forecasts and build plans and resolve issues with Suppliers & Subcontractors

? Ensure that Suppliers and Subcontractors have sufficient material available and capacity in place to meet Corsair product supply

? Work closely with Suppliers and Subcontractors to ensure on-time product shipment in accordance with agreed build and ship plan

? Escalate and resolve all issues putting at risk Corsair product production and shipment 

? Co-ordinate with Corsair Customer Service and Planning teams to ensure timely delivery of customers’ orders and shipment to Corsair hubs

? Ensure that Suppliers and Subcontractors provide near real time visibility of work in process, FGI and shipments of Corsair products

? Work with Corsair internal teams to maximize company shipments 

? Drive continuous improvement of fulfillment activity within the South China supply chain

? Ensure complete and timely new product introduction

? Define inventory controls required within Suppliers and Subcontractors to ensure consigned raw materials, semi-finished goods, and finished goods are adequately protected from damage or theft.

? Develop, as needed, inventory control related business processes and procedures

? Document work instructions to support inventory control procedures

? Establish inventory-related controls to ensure SOX / Section 404 compliance

? Perform inventory control related audits for proposed and existing suppliers and subcontractors

? Responsible for reporting and reconciliation of consigned inventory

? Implement and manage consigned inventory cycle count program with subcontractors

? Manage periodic Physical Inventory at the distribution hub and local subcontractors

? Ensure compliance with Corsair Code of Ethics & Business Conduct Guidelines, Purchasing Policies & Procedures, and legal & ethical business practices as well as operating procedures

Essential Skills and Experience:

? 3+ years of Supply Chain Execution and Inventory Control experience

? 3+ years of production management, material and/or production planning related experience

? Ability to develop, implement and ensure compliance with policies and procedures

? Demonstrated professionalism in working with management and suppliers

? Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

? Fluent in Mandarin, good English skills required, Cantonese helpful

? Experience with ERP systems; Oracle 12i knowledge a plus

? Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related disciplines
