1.***、28-40岁，五年以上注塑车间主管工作经验，熟悉PC/PP/ABS/AS/TPR/等塑胶材料的成型加工特性，工艺流程；

2.对注塑车间人员管理、工时、效率、注塑异常等有丰富的工作经验和技巧；具有改善思维、熟练应用管理技能提高生产效能； 

3. 沟通能力强、团队合作意识较好、工作责任心强，能承受工作压力； 

4.熟练操作office办公软件，会使用ERP系统优先。
