This position will be responsible for leading development and implementation of world-class business-to-business marketing strategy and integrated marketing programs in China for the Qualcomm Reference Design program. Target customers include device manufacturers, software developers and hardware component providers. This candidate must work effectively in a highly matrixed organization and in collaboration with the global marketing leadership in corporate headquarters.
Responsibilities
Skills/Experience
Minimum of 10 years of direct experience in technology product marketing
Established track-record of results through strategic thinking, analytics, marketing strategy, marketing execution, and collaboration
Leading, building, and motivating world-class marketing teams
Manage development and implementation of high impact business-to-business marketing programs, including conferences/trade shows, channel programs, digital marketing, social media, industry analyst and public relations
Work and lead in a highly collaborative team environment with ability to build alignment and consensus across product management, engineering and business development leads, as well as senior management
Minimum 10 years of progressive responsibilities and demonstrated leadership in product marketing and/or strategy consulting/corporate strategy is essential. In addition, the ideal candidate will have 4-5 years in a marketing leadership role with marketing accountability for a product line
Strong oral and written communications skills in Chinese and English
