General:
? Execute audit work. Represent overseas audit team to local business unit management.
? Interface with external auditors
? Organize bullet points in order (consequence of audit process)
? Prepare for upcoming audit with understanding the business
? Identify improvement opportunities that makes a difference to the business
? Adhoc assignment/projects

Operational Audit:
? Perform and control the full audit cycle including risk management and control management over operations’ effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations
? Determine internal audit scope and develop annual plans
? Obtain, analyze and evaluate accounting documentation, previous reports, data, flowcharts etc.
? Prepare and present reports that reflect audit’s results and document process
? Act as an objective source of independent advice to ensure validity, legality and goal achievement
? Identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures and cost savings
? Maintain open communication with management and audit committee
? Document process and prepare audit findings memorandum
? Conduct follow up audits to monitor management’s interventions
? Report results and recommendations to General manager with impact
? Engage to continuous knowledge development regarding sector’s rules, regulations, best practices, tools, techniques and performance standards

JSOX:
? Monitor the design and operating effectiveness of controls over financial reporting risks in compliance with the JSOX
? Review existing controls and recommends improvements to standardize, streamline and automate controls and processes
? Review updated process documentation, financial analysis and trend data prepared.
? Engage in transformation projects or other significant financial initiatives to ensure internal controls are adequately incorporated.
? Prepare written documentation/reports as it relates to JSOX, disclosing all significant deficiencies to management.
? Provide technical guidance for compliance with JSOX legislation.
? Participate in internal audits and field inspections as needed.

? Bachelor's degree or above, with major in Business, Finance, accounting, CPA, CIA is desirable
? More than 2 - 3 years of audit / SOX experience.
? Good understanding of internal control framework
? Familiar with SAP system preferably
? Proficiency in IDEA or other automated auditing tools will be advantageous
? Strong verbal and written communication skills in English with the ability to simplify and communicate complex issues. Proficient in Thai or other Asian language is a plus.
? Up to 40% - 50% overseas travel required per year
