Essential Function 1: Transfer Pricing Management

1. Support & implementation on operational TP arrangement per Group policy

2. Review and monitor intercompany TP performance for in scope entities

3. Be responsible for TP compliance work (TP documentation), support on TP controversy and audits

4. Strategic TP planning and advice on new TP transactions

Essential Function 2: Business Support

1. Develop close relationship with business partners (BU/SSC/external stakeholder)

2. Deliver of tax planning strategies in China

3. Assist in tax strategy in new cross-border transaction flow, new business arrangement

Essential Function 3: Routine Compliance Support

1. Take lead on routine compliance work per BU assigned, along with main hub

2. Ad hoc advice on business case or support on tax controversy

任职要求：

Education:

Bachelor degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting and Tax from an accredited institution, Master of Accounting or Taxation , or CPA is preferred;

Business experience:

5+ years experience in accounting firm corporate tax / transaction tax / international tax / transfer pricing department, or mixture with industry experience, mixture is preferred Strong knowledge of tax regulations and local statutory requirements , SAP knowledge is a plus Strong inter-personal skills and communication skills with an ability to work with all functional and business partners

Additional Qualifications:

- Familiar with PRC tax regulation;

- Communication skill, team spirits;

- Fluent written & spoken English;

- Willing to learn and have interest in extending knowledge on tax regulations/reforms of different regions
