Product Engineer

Responsibility:

1.     Engineering/Technical function

a.     Evaluate company product/quality specification.

b.     Translate product/quality specification into manufacturing process control keys and test requirements.

c.     Introduce/direct suppliers to meet company products/quality specification.

d.      Conduct ECNs based on business needs

e.     Conduct new technology research

2.     New project

a.     Following Marketing, Innovation/Designing engineering team requests, work with suppliers to transfer the product design into initial product samples.

b.     Create engineering drawing

c.     Initial product sample review / off tool sample evaluation / ISIR

d.     Develop testing plan acc.to General Spec, and regional legal requirements

e.     Leading new products qualification.

f.      Participate in Pilot Production assessment

g.     Completing  ERF & ECNs required documents in PDM

Job Requirements

1.     Education Qualification

a.     Bachelor Degree or above

b.     acceptable  English  skills in both oral and written

 

2.     Knowledge & Skills

a.     Skillful Solid works and AUTO CAD.

b.     Good communication skill and coordination skill

 

3.     Personal Attributes

a.     Team player

b.     Mature and receptive attitude

c.     Accountable

d.     Willingness to travel when required

 

4.     Experience

a.    6+ years working experience in Engineering field

b.     With house ware related industry working experience is a plus

c.     Glass ware industry working experience is a plus
