工作职责 Job Responsibility

  

1. Supervise a group of manufacturing specialists instructors in daily routines to ensure that all related line personnel are trained and certified before releasing them to operate the machines.

2. Responsible to ensure all employees (engineer, supervisor, manager, etc.) complete their courses and other learning intervention as stated in the respective curriculums and business needs.

3. Close liaison with respective heads of department and human capital – competencies development section to determine the competencies development plan and courses.

4. Communicate the training calendar that reflects the needs specified in the curriculum.

5. Follows up to determine applicability of course material.

6. Responsible for courses evaluation feedback and improvement.

7. Handling grievance, complaints, employee concern and disciplinary issue through effective counseling.

8. Ensure conformance to the training quality system requirement i.e. conducting periodic audit.

9. Other duties as assigned.

任职资格与经验 Qualification

    

1. Diploma or above in related field.

2. Good at writing and reading English (CET-4).

3. Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience.

4. Computer literate in MS Office.
