1.作为专家引入业界先进方法论并在业务端落地（IPD、敏捷等）；

2.公司流程规划、再造框架设计和执行，主导和配合公司内部业务部门完成再造方案的落地；

3.负责流程落地的监控，对落地效果进行定期分析与评价，输出管理建议；

4.借助IT进行流程框架的可视化管理，提升公司和研发中心的流程优化再造；

5.负责流程管理制度化建设，流程文化宣导，流程管理知识、方法推广和培训。

6.部门管理和绩效考核。

岗位要求

1.本科及以上学历，7年以上通讯相关经验

2.熟悉通讯行业（笔电、服务器、手表等）企业流程变革管理优先，有IPD导入、优化和落地经验优先； 

3. 有公司流程框架设计经验，能配合公司内外部专家、咨询顾问对公司进行可行性方案设计经验；

4. 熟练掌握流程管理知识、工具和方法论；

5. 积极主动，抗压能力强
