岗位职责：

1.负责市场品宣部的平面设计工作；

2.包括整合营销的设计物料：如活动推广海报、投放设计物料、公关内容配图等；

3.公司网站，微信公众号页面设计；

4.品牌周边产品及元素等设计工作；

职位要求：

1.本科及以上学历，设计专业毕业及有设计工作经验者优先；

2.平面、图形、海报、线上页面设计经验；

3. 手绘技能者优先，富有创意，具有独立思考与创作能力；

4良好的理解沟通能力，能理解生意诉求与营销目的，并能跟各部门积极沟通。

5.良好的执行能力，能有效的将品牌语言转化成合适的视觉语言。

6.精通Illustrator和photoshop等设计软件，对设计行业有浓厚的兴趣；

7.有责任心，能维持良好的团队精神和人际关系；

8.工作态度踏实不浮躁，追求细节；

9.乐观积极的精神，成熟坚韧，能承受快节奏和工作压力；
