职位Position： 海运操作经理Ocean Freight Operation Manager

职责Job responsibilities:

1. Maintain communication with vendor, shipper, customer, carrier and the parent company offices throughout the whole shipping process, data input and handling general customer service inquiries related to tracking and tracing;

保持与供应商、发货人、客户、承运人和总公司办公室的沟通，贯穿整个运输过程，进行数据录入、客户服务与货物跟踪;

2. Negotiate cost-effective rates with service providers to ensure maximum profitability;

与服务商议价，取得最具成本效益的价格，确保利润***化。

3. Provide customer support to all vendors, suppliers, agents and government agencies to facilitate export and import objective while ensuring accurate accounting functions related to the billing, distribution and collection of funds;

为所有供应商、代理商和政府机构提供客户支持，促进进出口目标的实现，同时确保与账单、收付款相关的精准会计核算;

4. Complete process of shipment including arranging for pick-up or inland transportation, booking, timely document preparation (bill of lading, invoicing, certificate of origin, export declaration and others);

安排整个货运过程，包括安排收货、内陆运输、订舱、及时文件准备 （提单、***、产地来源证、出口报关单等);

5. Organize Ocean operation team and handle everyday problems and various cases in south and North ports.

管理海运操作团队，处理南北所有港口的日常问题及各类案件。

6. Handle Special Cargo and also DG cargo

对特殊货物和危险品的运输操作处理

7. Booking & coordination of most cost effective and efficient means to export goods as per client requirements;

按照客户需求安排最成本效益的货物出口方式;

8. Immediately report problems, operation disputes or discrepancies to the Executive director;

遇到困难、业务纠纷和差异，立即向执行总监报告;

9. Ensure that export/import processes are in compliance with company and industry quality assurance standards (ISO, Customs, etc.);

确保出口/进口过程符合工业和公司的质量保证标准（ISO，海关等）;

10. Resolve billing discrepancies and discrepancies against client SOP's;

解决帐单不符或者与客户流程不符的问题

要求Requirements:

1. Familiar with Ocean Freight in all fields，more than 3 years of experience in OP,worked on trains, vessels...

熟悉海运所有业务, 3年以上海运操作经验

2. Carefully work, stong sence of responsibility, good leadership and team player skills

工作仔细，有很强的责任心，具良好的领导能力和团队合作精神

3. Excellent communication skills and problem solving abilities

良好的沟通能力和解决问题的能力

4. Bachelor degree or higher, major in Logistics or international trade is preferred

本科及以上学历，物流或国际贸易专业优先

5. Good command of English – Speaking, Writing, Reading， must speak English

熟练的英语听说读写能力,必须说英语

6. Proficiency with MS Office and good computer skills

熟练使用办公软件，良好的计算机操作能力
